Refund policy

We make sure that all the orders are packed and shipped properly, but just in case something goes wrong, don't worry, we're here for you.

Orders once placed can't be cancelled & won't be eligible for any refund.
We don't offer returns and refunds on our products, but if in case you receive a damaged or wrong item, here is what you need to do :

Update us within THREE working days via Email or Ping us on Instagram.
Your item will then be Exchanged.
Unboxing video is mandatory.
We DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. All Returns/Exchanges are eligible for store credits only.
Incase your item is unavailable, the amount will be credited to your bank account.

We will need an unboxing video to verify that the product was damaged at our end. And if the defect is found at our end, we offer an exchange and not a refund.
